Just a quick end of winter update

No matter how long the winter, spring is sure to follow.

Things have been super busy on the development front since last December, which explains why my blog has not been kept up the way I had wanted it to. The producer from overseas and I are currently pushing for two public beta releases:

  • a digital asset management software.
  • a 2D game editor.

Although it’s not my role to discuss licensing agreement in details, both engines are intended to be free to use for everyone.

In parallel, we’re also making progress on a unique game development to prove the effectiveness of the above tools, which also includes a somewhat long overdue Eternal Eden gift. A team of talented people have been hired and working with us on these projects during a long while. After two years working in complete secrecy, the producer agreed that we should finally take the necessary steps to begin public announcements. We’ll hire a part-time writer to guarantee a constant flow of updates, but can’t tell yet when it will begin.

  1. Hello old friend, how are you doing? I hope you are in good health and in good spirits. Do you remember me? I haven’t checked your progress in a long while due to life circumstances. I still greatly enjoy going back and playing eternal eden now and then. I have finally gotten a computer that I built which can handle any game in 1440p and I have over 700 games on steam to get through. Resident Evil 2 remake looks fantastic with the proper hardware.   2. Glad to hear you’re still making headway toward game development. Personally I have always wanted to try to make some type of game of my own. Since you mentioned this new software will be free for everyone, can you link the information once it’s ready for release? Also is there an eta on the new updated Eternal Eden you had mentioned? As always keep up the good work!
